Return and Refund Policy

At Moldea , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

1. Deadline for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
  • After this period, we will not be able to accept returns, except in the case of defective products.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Be unused and in its original condition.
✔️ Keep the original packaging , labels and accessories.
✔️ No damage caused by improper use or handling.

❌ Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized products.
  • Underwear that has been unsealed for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Write to us at clientesmoldea@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Full name.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 48 business hours with instructions for shipping your product.
  3. Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will process the corresponding refund or exchange.

4. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product), we assume all shipping costs .
  • If the return is due to the customer's decision (change of size, personal preference), shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility .

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days .
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on the bank, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account.

6. Product Changes

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, follow the same return process and indicate the product you wish to exchange it for.
  • Shipping costs for the new product will be borne by the customer.
