How to wear it?

1. Roll up the shaping pants like silk stockings and sit with your legs tucked in and your feet elevated toward your thighs.

2. Check that the seams are on the inner sides of your thighs. Pull slowly from bottom to top. Twisting your feet is easier to pull toward your buttocks if they don't lift up once. Take turns lifting your feet.

3. Lift the top of the shapewear and place the shoulder strap on both arms.

4. Now you are ready to combine your bodysuit with your favorite clothes.
